Office Administrator

Nicosia, Cyprus

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us and administer our headquarters offices from the position of Office Administrator.

Job Responsibilities:

To support the sales department with communication and administration tasks.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and communication promptly and efficiently.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.

  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.

  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.

  • Relevant customer service experience will be considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
