Office Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us and administer our headquarters offices from the position of Office Administrator.
Job Responsibilities:
To support the sales department with communication and administration tasks.
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and communication promptly and efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
Relevant customer service experience will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
